They aren't required, but we do recommend making them if you have a desired time. The White Bison Restaurant is exclusively for guests and seating is intentially limited.

What if some don't drink bourbon?

Many of the distilleries offer more than just bourbon, our onsite bar is a full bar. Let us know when we're planning your trip and we can make recommendations with that in mind.
